The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the special conditions of sale set out on the site http://www.gicreations.shop and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
These prevail over any other condition appearing in any other document, except prior, express and written derogation.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

Packages are shipped by bPost with the exception of packages to France which are shipped via Mondial Relay.
Each piece is sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process. These costs may vary depending on the geographical area of delivery of the items. These costs cannot be disputed by the customer as long as he has necessarily taken note of them when paying for his order.
The delivery time is specified when the part is ordered.
In the event of late delivery or even a lack of delivery, the customer can contact Gi Créations customer service. The customer has the possibility of canceling his order if the delivery of the latter has not taken place at the latest seven working days after the delivery date indicated by Wix and Gi Créations, unless this delay in delivery is due to a case of force majeure. Gi Créations will then reimburse the customer, within 30 working days following the request for cancellation by the customer.
It is up to the customer to check the shipments on arrival and to make any reservations and complaints that appear justified, or even to refuse the package, if it is likely to have been opened or if it shows obvious signs of deterioration. . The said reservations and complaints must be sent to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three working days following the delivery of the designer products or accessories, a copy will be subsequently sent to Gi Créations.

ARTICLE 5 – CUSTOMS DUTIES

Any order placed on the site and delivered outside the countries of the European Union may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination.
These customs duties and these possible taxes, related to the delivery of an article, are the responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility. Wix and Gi Créations is not required to verify and inform its customers of applicable customs duties and taxes. To know them, it is up to the customer to inquire with the competent authorities of his country.

ARTICLE 6 – SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED

Jewels (necklace and bracelet) benefit from the “satisfied or refunded” clause for fourteen clear days from the date of your order. The customer can therefore, within fourteen (14) working days following the order, exercise his right of withdrawal by sending an email to virginiemichotte@hotmail.com.
The customer is then required to return the product to Gi Créations at the following address 20 Villers – 4831 Bilstain, Belgium.
Also, the customer is required to keep any proof of return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer; the latter is free to choose the type of shipment.
The refund to the customer will be made within thirty days of receipt of the package at Gi Créations, provided that the piece has been returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition for resale (undamaged, damaged or soiled). )
Attention, for reasons of hygiene, the earrings will not be taken back or exchanged.
Items sold on sales, promotions, bargains, etc. will not be refunded. The customer will receive a voucher, valid for one year from its issue.

ARTICLE 7 – WARRANTY

Gi Creations is committed
– either to reimburse the customer for the price of the part purchased,
– either to exchange the part for an identical part depending on the available stocks,
– either to exchange the part of equivalent quality and price depending on available stocks
in the event of delivery of a non-compliant part or a part revealing a hidden defect.
Will be excluded from warranty, parts modified, repaired, integrated or added by the customer or any other person than Gi Créations. The warranty does not apply to visible defects, nor to parts damaged by improper use.

RETURN CONDITIONS AND WITHDRAWAL FORM

FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS*
